粉砕を行う遠心式ロールミルの上部に分級器を取付け、
該ミルに湿潤状態の蛇紋岩を供給し、該ミルの下部より
熱風を加えた循環気流を供給して該蛇紋岩を粉砕乾燥し
、粉砕乾燥された蛇紋岩粒子を循環気流にのせて分級機
に導き、粗粒をミルに戻し、所望の粒度の蛇紋岩粒子を
含む循環気流をサイクロンに導き、所望の粒度の蛇紋岩
粒子を分離して取出し、残余のガスをファンにより再び
循環気流としてミルに送給し、その一部を別のファンに
よりバッグフィルタに通して微粉を除き清浄ガスとして
大気中に放出すると共に、ミル及び循環系を負圧に保た
しめ、得られる前記の蛇紋岩粒子の所望の粒度を粒径1
聴以下約85%とすることを特徴とする蛇紋岩の粉砕装
置。
