Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）ひとつめ発光ダイオードチップを有する発光ダイ
    オードランプの複数を並設し、前記発光ダイオードラン
    プを、散乱剤入りの透光性の樹脂からなる包囲体により
    一体的に包囲し、前記包囲体の表面を面発光面としてな
    る面発光装置。
  2. （２）包囲体は、モールド部である実用新案登録請求の
    範囲第１項記載の面発光装置。
  3. （３）包囲体は、発光ダイオードランプが嵌合し得、　
    　　　　る孔を有するケースである実用新案登録請求の
    範囲第１項記載の面発光装置。
