。 図において、１は極低温容器、３は冷却筒、４は液体窒
素、５は第１の積層断熱材、１１は第２の積層断熱材、
１２はテンションコイルである。 なお、区中同一符号は同一または相当部分を示す。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ２重円筒構造をなし、２つの円筒ではさまれた空間に液
    体窒素を封入した冷却筒と、この冷却筒の外周側に第１
    の積層断熱材を有する極低温容器において、その直径方
    向に拡張するテンションコイルを用いて、上記冷却筒の
    内周側に第２の積層断熱材を畜着させるように取り付け
    たことを特徴とする極低温容器。
