  1. 単一の円柱と熱線プローブよりなりダクト内に配置され
    たカルマンうず検出部と、このカルマンうず検出部で検
    出された信号を電気的に処理する微小電圧検出器と、こ
    の微小電圧検出器の出力信号を周波数分析する高速フー
    リエ変換器と、この高速フーリエ変換器により分析され
    たうず周波数を検出する、うず周波数検出器と、このう
    ず周波数検出器により検出されたうず周波数を流量に変
    換し表示する流量表示器を備えてなることを特徴とする
    電気機器冷却装置の流量計。
