Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 第１のエアーシリンダケース内に第１のピストンと前記
    第１のピストンの一方に第１の復帰用スプリング、他方
    に圧縮空気流入口を設け、前記第１のエアーシリンダケ
    ースの外面に一体に第２の復帰用スプリングと第２のピ
    ストンを有する第２のエアーシリンダケースを設け、前
    記第１のエアーシリンダケースに設けた環状連絡溝と空
    気口で前記第１と第２のエアーシリンダケースを連通し
    、前記第１ピストン内には軸方向に弁体が摺動でき、　
    　　　　ると共に前記第１のエアーシリンダケース内に
    開口する弁体用連通穴を設け、前記弁体用連通穴には前
    記第１のエアーシリンダケース面に達する空気連通口を
    設けると共に弁体と復帰位置において前記弁体で前記空
    気連通口を閉塞する弁体復帰スプリングを設け、前記第
    １のエアーシリンダケースの圧縮空気流冬日より圧縮空
    気を流入させ、前記第１のピストンを第１の復帰スプリ
    ングに抗して押し下げて、前記第′１のエアーシリンダ
    ケースに設けたストッパにて停止させた位置において前
    記弁体用連通穴の空気連通口を前記環状の連絡溝基ヒお
    いて前記第りのエアーシリンダケースと連通させ、前記
    第１のピストンの停止位置で圧縮空気で前記弁体復帰ス
    プリングを圧縮し前記弁体を押し下げ前記弁体用連通穴
    を開放し、前記第２のエアーシリンダケース内に圧縮空
    気を流入し、前記−第２のピストンを作動させ、圧縮空
    気の流入停止と共に元位置に復帰できるよう構成した２
    動作エアーシリンダ装置。
