    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 内部に蒸発部を画成する第１容器と、第１容器より上方
    に位置し内部に凝縮部を画成するとともに、その下端部
    が第１容器の上端部に接続され第１容器とともに一体と
    して密閉容器を形成する第２容器と、を備えたヒートパ
    イプにおいて、前記第１容器の上端部を前記第２容器の
    下端部よりも拡径させ、この拡径させた上端部内に第２
    容器の下端部を突出開口させたことを特徴とするヒート
    パイプ。
