Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ■　レンジの後方に排気口を開口させ、この排気口を排
    気ブロアを有し、かつ屋外に開口する排気ダクトに接続
    するとともに、前記レンジの上方に熱受板を配置した調
    理設備において、前記熱受板を中空に構成して屋外に開
    口する給気ダクトに接続し、この熱受板の先端近くに給
    気口を設けたことを特徴とする調理設備。 ■　前記中空の熱受板内の複数個のガイド部材を設け、
    前記給気口の全面からほぼ均等に給気すべく構成したこ
    とを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第０項に記載の
    調理設備。
