    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 前進ポジションの１つがリバースポジションに対向配置
    された手動変速機において、該リバースポジションに対
    向した前進ポジションのカウンターギヤの側面全周に環
    状のコーン部分を形成する一方、該コーン部分に対向し
    てこのコーン部分に略沿らた断面形状を有するリング状
    部材を配置し、かつ、リバースへのシフト時に該リング
    状部材ヲ前記コーン部分に押圧する作動機構を設けたこ
    とを特徴とする手動変速機。
