    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. リバースポジションと前進ポジションが対向配置され、
    かつ、前進ポジション側にのみ同期装置が設けられてお
    り、該同期装置に備えられたカップリンゲス１）−ブの
    前進ポジシコン方向への移動に伴って移動し、インプッ
    トシャフト側とアウトプットシャフト側との間の同期作
    用を行なう同期部材が配設された手動変速機において、
    前記カップリングスリーブと前記同期部材との間に、該
    カップリングスリーブのリバースポジションへの移、　
    　励時に前記同期部材を該カップリングスリーブの移動
    とは反対方向に移動して、インプットシャフト、アウト
    プットシャフト間の同期を行なう方向変換手段を設けた
    ことを特徴とする手動変速機。
