    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 休止気筒に通じる吸・排気マニホールドのそれぞれに中
    空の軸とガ各ポートとを有するバタフライ弁を設け、該
    バタフライ弁間には他の休止気筒とも連通ずる連通管を
    設け、シリンダヘッドの上方にはロッカアームとカム間
    に位置させて薄肉部と、厚肉部と、傾斜部とから成る段
    差プレートを移動自在に設けたことを特徴とする可変気
    筒エンジン。
