理部。 補正　昭５９．　３．　７ 考案の名称を次のように補正する。 ■レーザーマイクロメーター 実用新案登録請求の範囲を次のように補正する。 Ｏ実用新案登録請求の範囲 レーザー発振器、オプティカルファイバー、投光レンズ
を具備し、被測定細線にレーザービームを投光し、生じ
る被測定細線の影を拡大レンズで拡大し、当該拡大レン
ズの結像部位にオプティヵ　　゛ルファイバーを設け、
該オプティカルファイバーで誘導された被測定細線の影
の光信号を光電変換し、演算処理して被測定細線の外径
を表示してなる細線外径測定装置において、投光部、受
光部の両者またはその一方に信号光のみ誘導してなるオ
プティカルファイバーを用！することを特徴とする細線
外径測定装置。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. レーザー発振器、オプティカルファイバー、投光レンズ
    を具備し、被測定細線にレーザービームを投光し、生じ
    る被測定細線の影を拡大レンズで拡大し、当該拡大レン
    ズの結像部位にオプティカルファイバーを設け、該オプ
    ティカルファイバーで誘導された被測定細線の影の光信
    号を光電変換し、演算処理して被測定細線の外径を表示
    してなる細線外径測定装置において、投光部、受光部の
    両者またはその一方に信号光のみ誘導してなるオプティ
    カルファイバーを用いることを特徴とする細線外径測定
    装置。
