- 真空ポンプの吸引力で空気を吸気し、気体分離高分子膜
を介することにより酸素富化空気を供給する装置におい
て、真空ポンプに吸引される吸引回路の途中に上記気体
分離高分子膜を介しない吸引口を設けた酸素富化装置。
