Claims (5)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）歪ゲージを装着したダイヤフラムに気体を導入す
    る通路に、撥水フィルタを装着したことを特徴とする圧
    力検出装置。
  2. （２）多孔質板材料にシリコンオイルを含浸させて撥水
    フィルタを形成したことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求
    の範囲第１項記載の圧力検出装置。
  3. （３）平均孔径が１０〜１００μの多孔質板材料を用い
    たことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載
    の圧力検出装置。
  4. （４）撥水フィルタをダイヤフラムに連通ずる圧力導入
    パイプにこれを塞ぐように装着したことを特徴とする実
    用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の圧力検出装置。
  5. （５）ケーシング内に収容した圧力検出装置の圧力導入
    パイプを挿入した上記ケーシングの気体流通管に撥水フ
    ィルタを装着したことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の
    範囲第１項記載の圧力検出装置。
