が貫設されるスリーブと、該スリーブが一側開口部に挿
設されるようなテーパを有する肉厚円筒状の第１電極と
、該第１電極の他側開口部と内径の等しい内孔を有する
肉厚円筒状の第２電極と、該第２電極の内孔と内径の等
しい内孔を有し前記第１および第２の電極に挟着される
肉厚円板状のスペーサとを具備し、前記第１および第２
の電極と前記スペーサの各内孔が連ねられて前記流路が
構成されると共に、前記第１および第２の電極によって
前記被測定流体の導電率が検出されることを特徴とする
