Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ■　２つのコンベヤ１．１が樹脂を含浸した繊維集合体
    Ａを一定厚さの板状に圧密成形するための挟持搬送通路
    ２を形成すべく対向状態に配設されているとともに、前
    記両コンベヤ１，１の搬送作用面ｌＡ、ｌＡに形成の複
    数の通気孔ｌａ、　　ｌａ・・・・・・を介して挟持搬
    送繊維集合体Ａを厚さ方向に貫流するように熱風を供給
    する装置４が設けられている板状繊維製品成形用オーブ
    ンにおいて、前記コンベヤ１．１の少なくとも一方にお
    ける搬送作用面ＩＡと挟持搬送繊維集合体Ａとの間に、
    前記搬送作用面ＩＡに形成の通気孔１ａ・・・・・・の
    径及びピッチよりも小なる状態の複数の通気孔５ａ・・
    ・・・・を有するシート５が、前記両コンベヤ１，１と
    一体移動する状態に設けられている板状繊維製品成形用
    オーブン。 ■　前記コンベヤ１の搬送作用面ＩＡの通気孔１ａの径
    及びピッチが夫々３〜８ｒｒｒｍ、　４〜１５咽であり
    、かつ、シート５の通気孔５ａの径及びピッチが夫々０
    ．０５〜０．８咽、０．１〜２．０順である実用新案登
    録請求の範囲第０項に記載の板状縁−製品成形用オーブ
    ン。
