Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 陽極リード線を突出して有する弁作用金属からなる陽極
    体の表面に順次、誘電体層、半導体陰極層、第１の陰極
    導電層を設け、前記第１の陰極導電層の表面に前記第１
    の陰極導電層の一部が露出するように設けた第１の絶縁
    層と、前記第１の陰極導電層と一部が接続する抵抗体層
    を前記第１の絶縁層の表面に設け、前記抵抗体層表面の
    一部を被覆する第２の陰極導電層と陰極リード線とを導
    電材を介して接続し、第２の絶縁層で外装したことを特
    徴とする複合電子部品。
