Description
図面は本考案の代表的な実施例を示し、第１図は車両の
屋根に取付ける前の天井部材の主たる部分を示す斜視図
であり、第２図は組立て途中を示す斜視図であり、第３
図は車両の屋根に取付けた状態の天井部材の主たる部分
を示す断面図である。 第４図Ａおよび第４図Ｂは各々段ボールの概略断面を示
す図である。 図中、１は段ボール、２は中央部、３及び４は周縁部、
５は折曲げ線、１０は自動車の屋根を示す。 、 第１図 第２図
屋根に取付ける前の天井部材の主たる部分を示す斜視図
であり、第２図は組立て途中を示す斜視図であり、第３
図は車両の屋根に取付けた状態の天井部材の主たる部分
を示す断面図である。 第４図Ａおよび第４図Ｂは各々段ボールの概略断面を示
す図である。 図中、１は段ボール、２は中央部、３及び４は周縁部、
５は折曲げ線、１０は自動車の屋根を示す。 、 第１図 第２図
Claims (4)
- （１）車輌の屋根の内側に配設される段ボールと、該段
ボールの一面に接合された表皮材とからなる天井部材で
あり、 上記段ボールは上記屋根の内側を覆う中央部と、該屋根
の内側の周縁を覆うべく該中央部の周縁に形成された複
数個の周縁部とで構成され、該中央部と該周縁部の境界
域には折曲げ線が設けられ、隣り合う２個の周縁部の間
は切欠かれた形状をなし、 上記段ボールの折曲げ線と切欠きにより該段ボールを屋
根の内側形状にそって曲成し、その内側を上記表皮材で
一体的に覆う構成としたことを特徴とする車両用の天井
部材。 - （２） 折曲げ線は複数本平行に近接させて構成され
ている実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の車両用の天
井部材。 - （３）切欠きはくさび形状をなしている実用新案登録請
求の範囲第１項記載の車両用の天井部材。 - （４）表皮材は展開時に段ボールの切欠きを覆うように
段ボールの一面に接合されて実車組付時に 一段ボー
ルの留に曲げこまれる実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記
載の車両用の天井部材。
