Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は各種工場で排出される油含有廃液や回収した廃
油を油吸着剤に吸着させた後に乾燥させた燃料に関する
ものである。
従来、石油化学工場、自動車修理工場等より排出される
廃液中には大量の油滴全台んでいるため、各工場におい
ては油水分離装置を設けて油滴を回収処理しているもの
で、分離装置を設置するのに多大の経費を要しているも
のである。そこで、出願人は古紙パルプを製造する工場
で排出された古紙製紙スラッジを脱水、乾燥処理した粒
剤が油を吸着することに着目し、新しい油吸着剤として
出願したわけであるが、本発明は前記油吸着剤に油全吸
着させて廃油を処理した後に、油吸着剤を乾燥させて燃
料となしたものであり、産業廃棄物全効率的に再利用し
て業界に寄与し得ることを特徴とするものである。
以下、実施例図により本発明の詳細な説明する0古紙を
離解、脱墨して古紙パルプを製造する工場で排出された
古紙製紙スラッジを脱水、乾燥工程を経由して製粒した
油吸着剤に産業廃棄物である廃油全吸着させた後に乾燥
させるべくなして成るものである。
つぎに、実施例図により本発明の作用効果を説明する。
古紙製紙スラッジを脱水機にかけると水分含有率が60
係位となり、これを乾燥処理して水分含有率10係位の
粒状の油吸着剤となすものである。
該油吸着剤は重油の様な鉱物油は勿論、テンプラ油の様
な植物油等を吸着する特性を有しているもので、石油化
学工場、自動車修理工場、或いは食品工場等より排出さ
れる廃油に油吸着剤全散布して吸着処理するものであり
、油吸着剤は1g当り■3重油全Q、8g位吸着する能
力があり、廃油を吸着させた後に乾燥させてボイラー等
の燃料となすものである。
従って、本発明になる燃料は産業廃棄物を素材としてい
るため安価であり、捨て場に困っていた廃油全燃料とし
て再生し得るため省資源、省エネルギーとして役立ち、
重油よりも熱カロリーが高く、業界に寄与し得る等、前
記した様な顕著な諸効果を奏するものである。
