部、４・・・第１区域、５・・・第２区域、６ａ、　６
ｂ、　？・・・軸線、８・・・境界線、９・・・粘着部
、θ□、θ２・・・角度。

Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）おむつ本体の背側両サイドから外方向へ延出する
    ように取り付けられた粘着テープを有する使い捨ておむ
    つにおいて、前記粘着テープは第１区域とこれに連続し
    て屈曲する第２区域とからなり、前記第１区域はその中
    央部を通る長さ方向軸線がおむつ本体の横方向軸線に対
    して前記背側エンド方向へ適宜角度をもって傾斜するよ
    うに該第１区域の内端部において取り付けられ、前記第
    ２区域はその中央部を通る長さ方向軸線が前記第１区域
    の長さ方向軸線に対して適宜角度をもって前記第１区域
    とは逆方向へ傾斜し、該第２区域に粘着部が設けられて
    いることを特徴とする前記粘着テープを有する前記おむ
    つ。
  2. （２）第１区域と第２区域とは同幅を有し、該第２区域
    は該第１区域の傾斜角度の２倍の傾斜角度を有し、該第
    ２区域がこれと該第１区域との境界線上で該第１区域に
    重合するように折曲されているとともに、該第２区域の
    粘着面が該第１区域に設けられた離型部に仮着されてい
    る実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の使い捨ておむつ
    。
  3. （３）第１区域と第２区域とのそれぞれの傾斜角度は５
    〜４５°である実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の使
    い捨ておむつ。
