    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 絶縁ケース内に、固定端子と、定常時には固定端子と導
    通される可動端子と、記憶形状に変位する力を可動端子
    に与える形状記憶合金とを装填し、以上時には形状記憶
    合金の変位力により、可動端子を固定端子から離隔させ
    るようにしたことを特徴とする熱応動素子。
