  1. 被切断物の周囲を回動自在な回動本体を設け、該回動本
    体に昇降自在に支持された昇降体を設け、該昇降体に水
    平方向に沿って移動自在に支持された水平移動体を設け
    、該水平移動体に支持されると共にこの水平移動体の軸
    心回わりで旋回自在な旋回体を設け、該旋回体に支持さ
    れた円弧板に沿って移動自在な切断用トーチを設けたこ
    とを特徴とする鋼管等の切断機。
