Claims (1)
び大径液圧室を有するシリンダ内に挿入し、各液圧室を
各出力ポートに連通ずるとともに、各液圧室にリザーバ
タンクとの連通孔を設け、小径液圧室の連通孔をピスト
ンと連動する弁体により、また大径液圧室の連通孔をピ
ストン大径部に装着したシール部材によりそれぞれ開閉
するようにしたマスクシリンダにおいて、上記の各ピス
トン摺接部分を装置ボディとは別体のシリンダ部材によ
り構成し、その部材のピストン大径部との摺接面に上記
出力ポート及びリザーバタンクとの連通孔をそれぞれ形
成し、かつピストン小径部との摺性面にシール部材を装
