Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 この発明は汚泥等を濾過脱水させながら、加熱されたド
ラムに転写Ｌ、乾燥を？Ｔなう装着である。従来、汚泥
を濾過脱水する方法は、バッチ式フィルタープレス、炉
布ベルトコンベアーをドラム、又はベル１−にてサンド
プレスするもの、及び遠心分離にてイｔなわれているが
含水率８０％程度であり、後処理の焼却コスト、産業廃
棄物費用が高くなる。
また、腐敗による偲具、ＳＯｘ、ＡｌＯｘ等による大気
汚染を起していた。この発明はこれらの大気汚染や、汚
泥処理費の軽減のため、脱水転写し乾燥させるもので、
それを図面にもとづき説明する。入口ホンパー１より、
沖過ベルトコンベアー２に乗った汚泥は、真空槽３によ
り荒水を除去され、スチーム管７によって加熱されたド
ラム６により圧縮され脱水沖過しなから濾過ベルトコン
ベアー２よりドラム６の表面に転写され乾燥しスクレー
パ５により掻取られる。
この発明は特に活性汚泥の場合、含水率５％程反となり
腐敗しに＜＜、悪臭等の公害が出ない。また後処理とな
る焼却が容易に出来る。
