The headlamp has a structure in which a lamp is installed near the focal point of a single parabolic mirror of revolution, and a lens is installed in front of it, but with such a simple structure, it is difficult to fit the headlamp into a limited space. If you try to store it, the amount of luminous flux that can be used effectively will decrease, and especially if you try to configure a flat headlamp, the effective luminous flux will decrease.

The reflective surface includes: (a) a pair of first reflective portions each disposed on opposite sides of the back opening and extending laterally of the body toward the front opening and spaced apart from the back opening; b) a pair of second reflective parts disposed between each of the first reflective parts and the rear opening; and (c) a second reflective part disposed above the rear opening between the pair of first reflective parts. 3 reflecting parts, the second and third reflecting parts.
An automobile electric light reflector has been proposed in which each of the reflectors has a focal length shorter than the focal length of each of the first reflectors, but there are technical difficulties as follows.

This switching is done by using the main filament and sub-filament properly, but in the reflector with the above configuration, the hot zone of the auxiliary light and the cut line of the auxiliary light are the same reflection. Since it is formed by a surface, there is little freedom in design and it is difficult to obtain a good light distribution pattern. Further, it is difficult to increase the oblateness of the overall shape of the headlamp.

An object of the present invention is to provide a headlamp for an automobile whose depth dimension can be reduced.

設計することも容易である。Since the light distribution pattern is formed by ten paraboloids on the left and right, there is a large degree of freedom in design, and a large amount of luminous flux can be utilized even in a headlamp with a large oblateness ratio. Further, even if the lens light emitting area is large, it is easy to design the lens so that the depth dimension is small.

・It is set so that the maximum luminous intensity part of the main light and auxiliary light is formed by , and a wide light projection pattern in the downward direction of the main light and auxiliary light is formed by the paraboloid Ps+P in the center. and the paraboloid Pg in the middle part
, Pa, P? By setting the cut line of the auxiliary light to be formed depending on the pH, it is easy to obtain excellent reflection characteristics. Further, by creating a desired light distribution pattern of reflected light in this manner, a projected light beam having a suitable light distribution pattern can be obtained using a lens with a simple configuration.
