    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 光ディスクに匹敵する容量で書替え可能性ある超大容量
    磁気テープカ毛ット（以下超ＭＴという）を小型コンピ
    ュータの中小容量磁気ディスク（ＩＭＢ〜１５０ＭＢ）
    の補助メモリーとして共用することで、大容量データの
    保管・検索を可能にし、超ＭＴ本来の画像処理を併せ行
    い、かつ超ＭＴの欠点である１０秒単位の処理速度を、
    繁閑を常とする窓口等の業務運営システムとしてカバー
    できる様にして、準即時処理を低廉なシステムで可能と
    することを特徴とする、超ＭＴを利用する小型コンピュ
    ータシステム。
