    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 電子銃部、遅波回路部およびコレクタ部からなる電子ビ
    ーム管に於て該電子銃部の外側に該電子銃部を取り囲む
    ようにケース基板に固定された金属剛体が設けられ、該
    金属剛体に一端がテーバ部を有する複数本のねじが螺合
    して、該電子ビーム管を金属剛体に固定する手段を有す
