Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）ガラス板にトランスデユーサ−を付設したガラス
    超音波遅延線を容器体に収納し、外部取り出し端子を形
    成した超音波遅延素子において、容器体の一部又は内部
    に回路部品を配した回路基板を設けるとともに、ガラス
    超音波遅延線の切り欠き部分に可変型回路部品を配する
    ようにし、容器体の対応する部分に孔部を形成して該可
    変型回路部品を容器体の外部から調整できるようにした
    ことを特徴とする超音波遅延素子。
  2. （２）容器体が回路部品を配した回路基板と、蓋体とか
    らなる実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の超音波遅延
    素子。
  3. （３）回路基板の一端が蓋体よりも延長されており、外
    部取り出し端子を形成していることを特徴とする実用新
    案登録請求の範囲第２項記載の超音波遅延素子。
