    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 内燃機関の排気管に設けた電熱ヒータ内蔵の微粒子捕集
    用不燃材製フィルタと、このフィルタの下流側において
    前記排気管から分岐したバイパス管と、前記フィルタの
    入口側圧力が所定値を超えているときにのみ排ガスがバ
    イパス管を流通するよう切換作動自在とした弁と、前記
    バイパス管に設けた発電機駆動用の回転翼車と、所定値
    を超えた前記フィルタ入口側圧力の検出により前記発電
    □　機による発電電流を電熱ヒエタに通じるコントロー
    ルユニットとを有してなる内燃機関排ガス中の微粒子燃
    焼装置。
