    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 冷凍サイクルの一部を構成する往復動式の圧縮機と、こ
    の圧縮機のシリンダに設けられたバイパス孔と、このバ
    イパス孔を背圧の大小に応じて開閉する制御弁と、開閉
    弁を備え上記圧縮機の冷凍能力指示に応じて上記制御弁
    に対し、て背圧を与え・る能力可変回路とを具備し、上
    記シリンダ内のピストンが上死点に達したとき上記バイ
    パス孔より下死点側にピストンリングが位置するよう取
    付けたことを特徴とする空気調和機。
