キ装置において、車両前進方向側の段部はリテーナでそ
の平面部と上側面部を覆い、車両後退方向側の段部はリ
テーナでその平面部と下側面部を覆い、前進時には前記
段部上方位置で、後退時には段部下方位置で制動トルク
を受けるようになしたことを特徴とする車両用ディスク
