【発明の詳細な説明】
本発明は、フッ素系油及びシリコーン油の分子量をそれ
ぞれ特定することによυ、相溶性が改善された難燃性油
に関する。

電カケープル、コンデンサー、トランス等の電気機器用
絶縁油には、鉱物油、リン酸エステル油、塩素化合成油
、スルフォン合成油、シリコーン油あるいはフッ素油等
が知られている。

これらの絶縁油に要求される主な特性としては、絶縁破
壊電圧、体積抵抗率、誘電率、あるいは誘電正接等の電
気特性が良好であること以外にも、使用中に物理的、化
学的にも変質せず又は無毒性、不燃性で低温流動性を保
持する等が挙げられるが必ずしもすべて満足するものは
得られていない。

ッ素油を混合し、それぞれの欠点を補った絶縁油が記載
されている。シリコーン油はフッ素油を混合することに
よシネ燻化され、一方シリコーン油によう比重の低減が
可能となる。さらに、シリコーン油とフッ素油とは相溶
性が悪いため、メラミン誘導体やイソシアヌレートを添
加して、相溶性を改善するという記載も認められる。し
かしながら、本発明者の検討によれば、両者の相溶性を
高めるためのかがる添加剤は必要でなく、混合する両者
の分子量を特定することによシ、充分な均一混合が可能
であることを見い出すことができた。

合した、クロロトリフルオロエチレン低重合体が代表的
なものである。その他テトラフルオロエチレンとプロピ
レンとを重合させた含フツ素低重合体、又は、パーフル
オロエーテルオリゴマー、フッ素化オキセタン類、フッ
素化ポリフェニルエーテル類あるいはパーフルオロアミ
ン類等である。

きる。不燃化が望ましい場合には、フッ素油の混合割合
を大きくし、絶縁油の重量を軽減する目的に対しては、
シリコーン油の混合割合を大きくすればよいことは言う
までもない。
絶縁油として使用嘔れる場合には、電気的絶縁性ととも
に、コイル等を冷却する役目もあ)、発生熱を容易に放
散できるように低粘度であることも必要とされる。又屋
外のトランス用絶縁油では、マイナス15℃以下の条件
下に機能しなければならない場合もあシ、低温において
も十分な流動性や相溶性を保持する必要がある。

本発明の難燃性油を絶縁油として使用する場合には、電
気特性とともに、か\る低温での流動性や相溶性が良好
である。又、絶縁油中に不飽和化合物の不純物が存在す
る場合には、絶縁油の劣化が進行しゃすい。従って、例
えばフッ素油中に微量不純物が存在する場合には、06
F3 、 MnF3 、 AgFl 、 0oF
3 等のフッ素化剤でフッ素化処理したシ、発生時の塩
素で処理する等の通常の方法にょ多安定化することが好
ましい。その他、酸化安定性や熱安定性を高めるために
は、ベンゾフラン、1.2−ベンゾビラン、エポキシ化
合物、有機錫化合物、エピスルフィド誘導体、環状シラ
ン化合物あるいはホスファイト系化合物、ホスフィンサ
ルファイド系化合物、その他の公知ないし周知の安定剤
を本発明の難燃性油に添加してもよい。

、用途は単に電気絶縁油に限定するものではなく、たと
えば潤滑剤、加熱冷却媒体あるいは作動油としても使用
することができる。

実施例
第2〜7表には、クロロトリフルオロエチレン低重合体
とジメチルポリシロキサンの25℃における相溶性を示
した。表中のrOJ印は均一に混合したものを、「×」
印は相溶化せず、上下2相に分離したものを表わす。又

/ジメチルポリシロキサン系絶縁油に関する各種特性を
測定した結果である。
