  1. （１）開放式燃焼部と、この燃焼部の近傍に設けた震動
    消火装置とを備え、上記震動消火装置と燃・　焼部との
    間に遮炎体を設けた開放式燃焼器。
  2. （２）震動消火装置は燃焼部への燃料を貯蔵するタンク
    上に設置した実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の開放
    式燃焼器。
