  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　給湯用蓄熱にソーラコレクターとヒートポンプ加熱
    機の２つの熱源を日射量の多い時はソーラコレクターで
    畠熱し日射量の少ない時、および日射量で湯量が不足の
    時のみヒートポンプ加熱機を運転する給湯装置。 ２　ソーラコレクターとヒートポンプ加熱機の切換えに
    コレクターに設けた日射量計と蓄熱槽内に設けたサーミ
    スターで感知し、電気的に電磁弁、循環ポンプが連動す
    る実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の給湯装置。
