    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 高周波発振器１と加熱室２とを連結する導波管３と、導
    波管３と加熱室２とを結合する結合孔４と、結合孔４の
    中心に回転自在に設けられた中心導体棒５ａと、中心導
    体棒５ａの加熱室端に中心を固着した金属円板６と、金
    属円板６に高周波エネルギーの放射口となる１／２波長
    以上の長さを有するスリット７を設けたものにおいて、
    金属円板６周端の加熱室天井８側に金属製周壁９を設け
    たことを特徴とする高周波加熱装置。
