装を施すだけで良いので、メッキ法の場合と比べて、無
駄がなく、工程数も少なくて済み、かつ設備費も安価に
なる。このため、コストが著しく低減できる。しかも、
焼付は処理前に塗装の良、不良をチェックして不良品を
排除し、所定の塗装基準に合ったものだけを焼付は処理
して製品化できるので、品質の一定したものを、高歩留
りで製造できる利点もある。次に実施例を挙げて本発明

スト試験の後のテーピングテストにおいて、塗V剥離を
殆ど発生しなかった。なお、プラスチック製品を対象と
する場合には、70’0の温度条件で、30分間程度の
焼付は熱処理することにより、同様の、密着性及び耐久
