    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 被試験半導体素子を収納する缶体内の温度を調整する為
    の温度調節器と、缶体内温度が設定温度に達したことを
    上記温度調節器からの信号により報知し、これによって
    被試験半導体素子にバ、イアスを印加する手段とを有す
    ることを特徴とする半導体試験装置。
