  1. 短絡棒、水抵抗による抵抗器、連結棒を一体に形成した
    接触構体をエアーによる駆動源により、コンデンサ接続
    端子と接地端子との間に接続できるようにしたコンデン
    サの残留電荷放電装置を搭載架台各段に設け、前記各駆
    動源に対し、碍管内に挿通させたエアー配管よりエアー
    配管を分岐させて圧力空気を供給する多段積コンデンサ
    の残留電荷放電装置。
