裏側板並びに天地側板の全周と同じ長さで、かつ該各側
板の奥行幅の二倍の大きさを持つ厚紙の一面に表装紙を
貼着すると共に該厚紙の他面には各側板の奥行幅と同じ
幅の間隔を置いて長手方向にＷ形溝を平行に形成し、こ
れを表装紙が表側になるように前記両Ｗ形溝から内側へ
折り畳みその端縁を接合することにより二枚重ねとし、
さらにその折り畳み面側の長手−側縁寄りに凹形溝を形
成すると共に短手方向には各側板を形成するＶ形溝を所
定間隔を置いて三本形成し、このＶ形溝を長方形の背板
の周縁部が前記凹形溝に嵌着するように前記Ｖ形溝から
夫々直角に折曲げて該背板を囲ませ、さらに折畳まれた
厚紙の両端縁を夫々４５度の切欠面とし突合わせ接着し
