Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は眼鏡フレーム、サングラスフレームに関し、レ
ンズに歪を与えないためのレンズ保持構造を提供するも
のである。
眼鏡あるいはサングラスにおいてレンズに歪みが存在す
る場合には使用者の眼に極めて有害であり、視力を劣化
させる原因になる。
このために本考案はレンズ保持に係わる新たな構造を提
供することによりレンズに歪を与えず、従って使用者の
眼に対し何ら害を与えず本来の眼鏡の役割を得るもので
ある。
本考案について一実施例を図に基き説明する。
第１図において、１はフレーム（図示せず）のツムに相
当し、２はレンズ、３はレンズ保持部材である。
リム１の内面には凹部が配設され該凹部にレンズ保持部
材３の凸部４が嵌合固着している。
またレンズ２の端面側にも凹部が配設されレンズ保持部
材３の凸部５が嵌合しレンズを保持している。
さらにレンズ保持部材３はリム１の内面とレンズ２の端
面の間にツバ部６を有しており、ツムにレンズが取付け
られた状態で該ツバ部６においてレンズ端面を受けた状
態でレンズ２を支えている。
レンズ保持部材３は軟かい弾力性に富んだプラスチック
、例えばポリアミド樹脂、ポリプロピレン樹脂あるいは
ゴムからなり、保持されたレンズは直接金属製のリムに
接触せずに上記のプラスチックあるいはゴムに接触して
いるためリムへの取付による圧力に対してもレンズ保持
部材が緩衝材となって作用レンズに歪みを与えることを
防止している。
より完全に歪みを防止するためにはレンズ保持部材の材
質選択とツバ部の厚さによって解決をはかれば充分可能
である。
例としてはレンズ保持部材にナイロン樹脂を用いツバ部
６の厚さを０．２〜０．４ｍｍとすれば眼鏡使用者に対
し全く安全な水準の歪の範囲を得ることができる。
また図示した形状のレンズ保持部材の製造も延伸加工技
術の水準より極めて容易に安価に得ることができるもの
であり実用上も問題がない。
次に別の実施例について述べる。
近年フレームの軽量化および視野の増大等の要求が強く
なり、フレームの形態としてリムレスフレームとよばれ
るフレームばある。
このリムレスフレームの１つとしてレンズ周縁の一部に
リムを用い、他の部分は細い線材、例えばプラスチック
の線あるいは金属線を用いレンズを取付ける構造のフレ
ームがある。
第２図において１′はリム、２′はレンズ、３′はレン
ズ保持部材であり、７はレンズ吊り線である。
従ってリムとレンズとレンズ保持部材の関係については
前記実施例と全く同一である。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ツム１とレンズ２および該リムに嵌合固着しレンズを保
    持するプラスチックまた（、よゴムからなるレンズ保持
    部材３からなり、該レンズ保持部材３にレンズ端面を受
    けるツバ部６を設けたことを特徴とするレンズ保持構造
    。
