Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. １　蒸発器、凝縮器等を内部に備疼た温水チラーと貯湯
    タンクとを設けると共に該貯湯タンクと凝縮器とを結ぶ
    循環路を形成し、上記蒸発器に地下水を供給してそこで
    熱交換させると共に上記貯湯タンク内に貯留されている
    水を上記循環路内を循環させ上記凝縮器で熱交換させて
    温水を得る給湯装置において、上記温水チラーに蒸発器
    で熱交換されて地下に排出される地下水の温度を感知す
    る排、　　　用地下水感温サーモスタットを設は且つ上
    記貯湯タンクから凝縮器へ通じる循環路に凝縮器へ循環
    される水の温度を感知する循環水温サーモスタットを設
    けると共に、これら排出地下水感温サーモスタット循環
    水感温サーモスタットで感知した排出地下水及び循環水
    の温度により地下水乃至上記循環路内を循環する水の水
    量を調節する水量調節装置を設けたことを特徴とする給
    湯装置。
