Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 周期発振信号によりリセットされる第、１のフリップフ
    ロップ、第２のフリップフロップと、前記周期発振信号
    により動作しその出力を微分してチェック信号を形成す
    る単安定マルチ回路と、受波パルス信号を入力し前記第
    １のフリップフロップをセットし送波時間巾より長く残
    響終了時間より短かい時定数を有する第１の積分回路と
    、前記パルス信号を入力し前記第２のフリップフロップ
    をセットし送波時間巾より短かい時定数を有する第２の
    積分回路と、前記第１のフリップフロップのＱ出力とチ
    ェック信号とによりセットされＱ出力とチェック信号と
    によりセットされる第３のフリップフロップと、前記第
    ２のフリップフロップのＱ出力とチェック信号とにより
    リセットされＱ出力とチェック信号とによりリセットさ
    れる第４のフリップフロップとを有し、受波信号が送波
    時間巾と同等以上で残響時間より短かいとき超音波振動
    子異常信号を出力し、送波時間巾より短かいと　　　　
    　・き送波系異常信号を出す如くして成る超音波検知器
    の動作検出回路。
