の側部から注出筒部４を起立させた下端面開口の筒体１
と、該筒体の上部内面に上下動板９を気密に嵌合させる
と共に、該上下動板側部に穿設させた第２透孔１１周縁
からガイド筒部１２を起立させて上記注出筒部内に水密
に嵌合させ、又該上下動板中央部からはガイド杆１０を
垂設させた作動部材８と、上記第１透孔を挿通させて、
押下げ軒下端を上記上下動板中央部に固着させると共に
、該押下げ打上端には押釦１７を付設させた作動子１５
と、上記筒体頂壁と作動子の押釦との間にあって、作動
子を上方へ付勢させたスプリング１８と、上記ガイド杆
下端部を、ピストン板２０中央部に穿設させた第３透孔
２２内に水密に嵌合させて該ピストン板を上記筒体の下
部内面に水密に嵌合させ、かつ該ピストン板裏面には、
第４透孔２３付きの金属製脚板２１を固着させ、該脚板
周縁部と第４透孔周縁部とが、脚板周縁は筒体内面へ、
第４透孔周縁部はガイド杆外周面へ、それぞれ下方向に
対しては係止され、かつ上方向に対しては摺動可能に、
斜下方向に傾斜させて圧接するよう設けた摺動ピストン
１９とからなり、上記作動子の上下動により、上記摺動
ピストンが上昇して、作動部材の上下動板と摺動ピスト
