Claims (4)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）基板１の外周に、ダイヤモンド砥粒と、その結合
    用金属粉末とより成るダイヤモンド砥粒層２を焼結法に
    より固着したダイヤモンド砥石の、ダイヤモンド砥粒層
    ２の表、裏両側面に複数個の溝部５をほぼ放射状に配設
    して成るダイヤモンド砥石。
  2. （２）前記ダイヤモンド砥粒層２の表、裏両側面に設け
    る溝部５は、表側面に設ける溝部と、裏側面に設ける溝
    部とではミ溝部の配置位相をずらせて成る実用新案登録
    請求の範囲第１項に記載したダイヤモンド砥石。
  3. （３）前記の溝部５の深さが、砥粒層２の厚さの一１７
    ２以下である実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載した
    ダイヤモンド砥石。
  4. （４）　　前記砥石は、超硬合金を素材とする機械部品
    や、加工用工具の特殊形状部を研磨する時に使用される
    プロファイル研磨用薄刃ダイヤモンド砥石である実用新
    案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載したダイヤモンド砥石。
