    仮想基準面Ａを想定し、掃気ポート４の終端部５の軸心
    Ｔを仮想基準面Ａにほぼ沿わせて方向づけで、掃気ポー
    ト４の終端開口部６をピストン２のトップランドＰの周
    面１２に臨ませ、ピストン２のヘッド７の肉壁８内に掃
    気案内孔１０を連設し、掃気案内孔１０の入口１１をピ
    ストン２のトップランド周面１２の！気ポート終端開口
    部６と連通ずる位置に開口し、掃気案内孔１０の出口°
    １４をピストン２の頂面１５に開口した事を特徴とする
