    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 下部に受液部と給液出口、上部に飛沫分離器を備えた蒸
    発蒸気出口を設けた胴体と、該胴体内に設けられた給液
    を噴霧する為のスプレーパイプ及び加熱蒸気が内部を通
    過する伝熱管とを備えた横型流下液膜式蒸発器に於いて
    、伝熱管外壁温度を最大蒸発率点に維持する温度制御を
    行なうことを特徴とする液膜式蒸発器。
