Claims (1)
- ゛ 主サンプリング流路を、それぞれセルを
有する２流路に分岐させて、一方のセルにサンプルガス
を流し、他方のセルにはサンプルガスを測定ガス成分除
去器に通して得た比較ガスを流して、所要測定ガス成分
を測定する２光路式ガス分析計であって、上記主サンプ
リング流路もしくはそれぞれの分岐流路に、酸化炉と、
これの後段に位置する除湿器とを含む干渉ガス成分前処
理装置を装備したことを特徴とする２光路式ガス分析計
。
