  1. 発振周波数調整用可変コンデンサとこの可変コンデンサ
    に並列に接続したストリップラインとを発振周波数を定
    める共振回路に備える高周波発振回路において、前記ス
    トリップラインのストリップ導体と接地導体との間に挿
    入長可変型高誘電体が設けであることを特徴とする広帯
    域高周波発振回路。
