が上記軽量発泡コンクリート等のプレキャストコンクリ
ート板にて構築されている時は、このプレキャストコン
クリート板が軽量で断熱性に富む利点を有する反面強度
的にもろい難点があるために、インサート金具をプレキ
ャストコンクリート板製作時に予め一体に埋入しておき
、このインサート金具に上記出窓本体基部周枠を固定す
る必要が生じ、従って出窓取付部のプレキャストコンク
リート板が特別製のものとなり、該コンクリート板の製
作が複雑となり、コスト的にも不利となる欠点があった

コンクリート板3に、該コンクリート板3に設けられて
いる凹窪部5を利用して鉄筋6が挿通されると共に、此
等軽量発泡コンクリート板3の室内側角部に略り字状の
基礎金具7が嵌合され、この基礎金具7の一辺7aを上
記鉄筋6に当接せしめた状態から鉄筋6に基礎金具7が
溶接止めされ、一方出窓本体1の基部周枠8には窓用開
口部4と平行する面部に係合条溝9,10が2条平行に
凹入形成され、この係合条溝9.10のいずれか一方9
に係合金具11・・・・・・が適当間隔おきに嵌装され
、且つ各係合金具11からは一体に支持脚12が上記基
礎金具7まで延設され、この支持脚12と基礎金具7と
が溶接止めされ、しかして出窓本体1の基部周枠8が軽
量発泡コンクリート板3に連結されると共に鉄筋6、係
合金具11および基礎金具7の一辺7aを覆って基部周
枠8と軽量発泡コンクリート板3との間にモルタル13
が充填される。

具を埋入する必要がないから、窓用開口部周りに用いる
プレキャストコンクリート板が別注品とならず、それだ
け製造が容易となり、コスト低減に貢献することができ
る。
