Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. フレームに下面が開口した耐熱性の箱体を取付け、該箱
    体上面に、バーナユニット取付位置に対応するようにエ
    アーダクトを取付け、下面にはその大部を覆うように耐
    火性断熱材を張設し、前記したエアーダクトおよび断熱
    材にはバー・す取付穴、筒口取付穴がそれぞれ開口し、
    前記バーナ取付穴よりフランジにボスを介して取付けら
    れたバーナおよび点火−が挿着され、筒口取付穴と前記
    したフランジに取付けられた鍔の双方に、エアーダクト
    を通して送られて来たエアーを取込む一対の鍔間に複数
    の曲り羽根を所定角度ずつ位置をずらして取付けた江ア
    ー取入口を設けた円筒状の筒口金具を取着して渦流噴射
    部を構成し、前記バーナから出る火炎を渦流噴射するこ
    とにより、前記断熱材の下面に沿って平面的に火炎燃焼
    させるようにしたことを特徴とする超広角燃焼式油噴霧
    バーナ装置。
