Claims (1)
- チェーンコンベア上に、ビームにより吊手を介して懸吊
された電解用母板の吊手部の洗浄装置において、洗浄槽
側壁の一方の側にコンベアの移動方向に沿って、母板吊
手をビームの長手方向で、かつ吊手の幅以上移動させる
ようにしたガイドと、同じく他方の側に母板吊手を旧位
置に復帰させるようにしたガイドとを適当な間隔をおい
て突出せしめ、その間に洗浄を行なわしめるようにした
ことを特徴とする電解用母板吊手部洗浄装置。
